Northwestern Farm Management Company is a regional company that has specialized in farm real estate services for more than 35 years. The company is a licensed real estate brokerage and is the largest Minnesota based farm management firm which operates in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas. The primary services provided are: professional farm management, farm sales, certified appraisals and farm acquisitions.

The company maintains a philosophy of continually improving its client services by promoting high quality continuing education to its employees. Employees are actively involved with the American Society of Farm Manager's and Rural Appraisers (Minnesota Chapter) and the Realtors Association which provide excellent continuing education programs. These organizations also provide standards of professionalism and ethics. All farm managers are licensed real estate agents and certified appraisers.

Employees have achieved the Accredited Farm Manager designation (AFM) which is awarded by the ASFMRA. The designation is for those individuals who demonstrate experience and complete a rigorous education program designed to enhance professional skills and knowledge of land management and production agriculture. The Realtors Association and Realtors Land Institute also provide excellent education programs in farm real estate sales. Involvement with these associations also provide excellent networking with other professions.
